By creating an account or using LurkLeads, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
LurkLeads scans publicly available Reddit posts and comments, classifies them using AI, and surfaces potential freelance leads. We provide lead data and scoring — how you use that information (outreach, follow-up, etc.) is your responsibility.
LurkLeads uses a credit-based system. Credits are purchased in packs and are non-refundable once used. Credits are deducted when you reveal a lead that meets the minimum quality threshold. Unused credits do not expire. Prices are subject to change, but existing purchased credits will always be honored.
You agree not to:
LurkLeads surfaces leads based on AI classification. We do not guarantee the accuracy of scores, the intent of posters, or that any lead will result in a client or contract. The service is provided "as is."
You can delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. If we terminate your account for a terms violation, unused credits are forfeited.
LurkLeads is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of LurkLeads after changes constitutes acceptance.
